Purpose and retention

Information is used for quotation, communication, delivery, Quality control, security and administration. Production deployment should define a retention schedule and protected backups.

Confidentiality

This build stores form and chat metadata in local JSON files. Hosting must apply HTTPS, restricted file permissions, strong secrets and controlled access.
